When Rhythm Band Instruments LLC (RBI) acquired the assets of Whacky Music, Inc., it included the Boomwhackers musical pipe patents, trademarks, and related intellectual property of Craig Ramsell, inventor of the famous musical pipes. As a result, RBI is now the sole worldwide supplier of Whacky Music, Inc.'s former products, and has relocated Whacky Music's production operations to RBI's facility in Ft. Worth, Texas.
